In Monarchical Orders
Local Elections Order
Elections for Local Assemblies and Premierships, Mayorships, and Gubernatorial positions shall be separate from the general and federal elections on Posaf. Each having elections every 4 months with the AROPs deciding what positions to be contested in a 4 month period.
Local elections will take place between:
January 2nd - 12th
May 2nd - 12th
September 2nd - 12th

The 2019 Budget Surplus Bill passed on November 15th, 2019. Later in the day, the Government of Posaf was able to donate 33% ($5 USD) of our 2019 Budget surplus to the organization, Team Trees, as the 2019 Budget Surplus Bill promised. With the donation, Posaf helped a cause to raise 20 million dollars (USD) to plant 20 million trees by the year 2022. Our government donated $5 to plan 5 trees based on our nation's principle of protecting our environment, supported by all parties.

2019 Budget Surplus Act (Team Trees Act)
Provisions: The Ministry of Finance shall donate 33.3% of the 2019 budget surplus to the
American organization of Team Tree’s to support planting trees to reduce carbon in
the air. The donation shall go under the name of: "Principality of Posaf" "The Posaf
Government is for the trees, look us up too!" The Ministry of Finance shall send the remaining 66.7% of the surplus the budget to
the 2020 budget, as funds to support the proposed new capital.

House of Lords Bill - Foreign Names Bill is to change the French name of the Principality of Posaf to the Principauté de Paléea. As well as changing the French name we shall change the German name of the Principality of Posaf to Fürstentum Fükfuf.

The PHS Bill is to let the government officially give permission to Nour Shalom to open a virtual school for Foreign and United residents of Posaf. Posaf would have an online school capable of holding 12 kids for 3 months to teach the history of Posaf.

question period. - Commoners shall address the Speaker of the House of Commons as either “The
Honorable Speaker” or “Mr/Ms/Miss Speaker” - After the formation of a Government, the Opposition parties may assign Opposition
Commoners to criticize the Government’s Minister, they shall be referred to as “(Party)
Critic for (Ministry). - The Critic's from the largest Opposition party largest being defined as “Opposition
party with the most seats” shall be referred to as the “Shadow Cabinet” whilst Critics
from smaller Opposition Parties sha;; be referred to as “(party) Shadow Cabinet). - Motions of No Confidence against the Higher Lord shall proceed after an MP drafts an
Act that places no confidence in the Government of the Higher Lord, and includes a
date for the next election to begin). - The Budget shall be created by the Higher Lord after being advised by his/her Cabinet,
the Higher Lord shall then motion the budget in Parliament, if it is passed it shall
become the years annual budget, however if rejected then it shall indicate No
Confidence in the Government.

Text: The French Linguistics bill will be legislation passed and for the people to vote upon this bill to add French as an official language with an ever growing tie with the French culture and the Cajun Culture. This bill would have the people vote upon in the elections to see whether they want French as a language. If they vote yes it is an official language, if they vote no nothing changes.

The Public Currency bill will allow citizens of Posaf to create a model of the ¶1 bill to resemble their potential designs for a new currency. The Posaf Currency Bill will allow the citizens to accurately depict Posaf on their designs for a potential new currency that is much needed for Posaf. The requirements of the project will be listed below. The bill must be in a rectangle form preferably a 1:3 ratio for length The ¶1 bill they make will have to be ¶1 The bill must have meaning and can include people, places, and things that integrate the culture of Posaf The currency must include the words Posafi Dollar Unit, ¶1(currency value), Bank of POSAF, and “Legal Posafian Tender” Should include a singular color The Public Currency bill will let the Posafians update the current Posafi Dollar Unit to a more accurate representation of Posaf. To encourage the participation rate the winner will then take the title of Duke/Duchess of their land.

The Parliament Seat Bill 2 is the creation of the Sectors of Squamily, Foreign and United to comprise the current House of Commons. Each sector can fluctuate based on the population location, although this has to be decided with a majority in Parliament (Kadelieort). There is no limit on how many people can be from which parties from each sector.
You vote in a party list style proportion and the percentage decides the amount of people for the sector.

The Squamily Bill is the unification of the four provinces of, Indian Woods, Qucohe, Turtle Creek Land, and Aug Monument with the Territory of New Quietrock creating the province of Squamily with the dissolution of Misch. The Unification should add counties as the former provinces with each sending a member to the Squamily Council.

The Posafi Dollar Unit Bill (PDU Bill) is for the creation of the Posafi Dollar, ran by the Ministry of Finance, and the Bank of Posaf (Both ran by the Minister of Finance [Abby Batalia]) The cost of the PDU would be backed by a Firewood standard where 2 PDU will equal one log. The standard shall not be put into place until supply is permanent.

Each Party of Posaf shall select delegates to be represent them at a national level. While the biggest party should have 3 seats, second biggest have 2 and smallest has 1. Another extra seat shall be open for other parties and independents.

Monarchical Term Limit Bill - Lets a Person run for Monarch with an unlimited term limits, thus meaning any person in Posaf can run for the Monarch position in the nation. With the law you may only have 2 consecutive terms, while you can repeat the terms you may only have 2 consecutive years as Monarch then take a year break to run for the Monarch position again.
