2019 Budget Surplus Act (Team Trees Act) Provisions: The Ministry of Finance shall donate 33.3% of the 2019 budget surplus to the American organization of Team Tree’s to support planting trees to reduce carbon in the air. The donation shall go under the name of: "Principality of Posaf" "The Posaf Government is for the trees, look us up too!" The Ministry of Finance shall send the remaining 66.7% of the surplus the budget to the 2020 budget, as funds to support the proposed new capital.
