Posaf

The Higher Lord of Posaf is the most powerful position in Posaf. The Higher Lord is elected by the seats of the House of Commons. The two largest parties that are elected into the House of Commons send a representative to the House of Lords while the Monarch then selects the third seat. The party with the most seats

 

With being the most powerful person in Posaf the Higher Lord has many duties to undertake for the nation. The Higher Lord can make a Prime Decision in which can affect the nation by a new law or act, although the Higher Lord would need to disclose the act or law with the House of Lords, and can be overturned by the House of Lords too. Other duties are casting session in the Kadelieort for the two houses to hold a quorum. The Higher Lord also fills the Ministries when their term begins. 

 

As the Higher Lord is in the legislature they can propose bills to the House of Lords to be sent to the Monarch or House of Commons. When in legislature the Higher Lord cannot use his or her powers and must act as an MP at all time.
