The Position of Speaker of the House of Commons is hereby created, the Speaker shall be elected by the Commoners at the first Kadelieort session after a General election.
- The Speaker of the House of Commons shall Preside over Commons sessions and shall direct commoners on when to, speak, place a motion, and when to have a question period.
- Commoners shall address the Speaker of the House of Commons as either “The Honorable Speaker” or “Mr/Ms/Miss Speaker”
- After the formation of a Government, the Opposition parties may assign Opposition Commoners to criticize the Government’s Minister, they shall be referred to as “(Party) Critic for (Ministry).
- The Critic's from the largest Opposition party largest being defined as “Opposition party with the most seats” shall be referred to as the “Shadow Cabinet” whilst Critics from smaller Opposition Parties sha;; be referred to as “(party) Shadow Cabinet).
- Motions of No Confidence against the Higher Lord shall proceed after an MP drafts an Act that places no confidence in the Government of the Higher Lord, and includes a date for the next election to begin).
- The Budget shall be created by the Higher Lord after being advised by his/her Cabinet, the Higher Lord shall then motion the budget in Parliament, if it is passed it shall become the years annual budget, however if rejected then it shall indicate No Confidence in the Government.
